The discovery usually takes between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the size of your organization and
the scope of the discovery.
The final output of our discovery is an editable report in Google Docs or Microsoft Word file. We can
also create additional outputs such as slide-based presentations where necessary.
We consider implementation and discovery as tightly integrated phases of a single project. We need
all the discoveries to be paired with an implementation to facilitate a smooth transition between the
phases.
We recommend starting a project when you start feeling the limitations of your existing data
capabilities. It could take the form of limits in reporting granularity, manual workflows, inability to
personalize marketing, or data discrepancies.
